What are Templates?
Templates in Creation Genius are reusable configurations that define the structure, tone, and specific requirements for different types of content. Instead of filling out the entire "New Post" form every time, you can use a template to populate standard fields instantly.
Creating a Template
To create a template, go to Creation Genius > Templates > Add New. You can configure:
Title Patterns
Define how your titles should look using placeholders like [Product Name] Review.
Default Values
Set standard word counts, tones, and intentions for specific categories.
Key Points
Include mandatory sections or information that should always be present.
Target Audience
Lock in the audience type to ensure consistent content level.
Best Practices
- Naming: Use clear names like "Blog: Product Comparison" or "Landing: Promo" so you can find them easily.
- Flexibility: Leave fields empty in the template if you want to provide unique information for every post.
- Iteration: If a template consistently produces content that needs too many modifications, update the "Comments" section in the template to refine the AI's behavior.
