Connection Error: Invalid API Key
Symptom
The plugin displays 'Not Connected' or 'Invalid API Key' notice.
Solution
This usually happens if your domain has changed or the key was revoked. Go to Settings and click 'Reconnect' or 'Generate New Key'. Ensure your site is publicly accessible.
Request Timeout
Symptom
Content generation hangs or displays a timeout error.
Solution
AI generation can take 60-120 seconds. In Settings, increase the 'Request Timeout' to 180 seconds. Also check if your server's max_execution_time is set to at least 120.
Formatting Issues
Symptom
Generated content has missing headings or strange HTML.
Solution
Creation Genius outputs standard semantic HTML. If it looks broken, it's often a CSS conflict with your theme. Use the WordPress editor to 'Clear Formatting' or check your theme's typography settings.
Quota Exceeded
Symptom
Generation fails with 'Monthly quota exceeded' message.
Solution
You have used all the credits for your current plan. Wait for the monthly reset or upgrade to a higher tier in the backend dashboard.
